What do contracts look like?

Contracts are handled in-platform with e-sign and a legal template and clause library. Terms, billing period, and tier are confirmed during your tailored quote.

What support is included?

How is our data secured?

LifeOrion is architected to support HIPAA workflows and designed for CLIA/CAP-certified labs; SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, a HIPAA BAA, and 21 CFR Part 11 support are on our roadmap.
